Terms of sale

Article 1 - Purpose 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on our official merchandising site of the group CONTREFAÇON.

Article 2 - Products 

The products offered for sale are those listed on the site on the day of the user’s consultation. They are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Article 3 - Prices 

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are indicated before the order is validated by the customer.

Article 4 - Order 

The order is validated when the customer clicks on the “Validate Order” button at the end of the ordering process. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Article 5 - Payment 

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made by credit card or any other payment method offered on the site.

Article 6 - Delivery 

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Article 8 - Returns and Refunds

Article 9 - Warranty 

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Article 10 - Liability 

FAÇON CONTRAIRE cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products they intend to order.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property 

All elements of the site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of CONTREFAÇON. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site.

Article 12 - Personal Data 

The information and personal data collected are necessary for the management of orders and commercial relations. They may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relations, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing, and payment.

Article 13 - Applicable Law 

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
