Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our products! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

 

Returns

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.
  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No restocking fees will be charged.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized items, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeframe: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email via our contact form.
